Blank Float Plan 2012 Participant Status 2012 Schedule 19 Feb Scout Planning Mtg in Scout Hut. Start time 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm Please minimal adult participation. Ideally only adults travelling with scouts to Sea Base. Joel and Marcel need to lead meeting Meeting objectives Float Plan Prep - each crew needs to prepare two draft float plans. These will document crew planning for the pre and post shore day trips. Duty Rosters - crews need to assist with meal preparation and clean up both on shore and on board Flag ceremony - crews must plan to participate in at least one flag ceremony.
