| Miscellaneous Notes: | We will receive official confirmation by mail in a couple of weeks. We will then have a month to decide which slots we take and which we turn down. This will depend upon if girls want to go and the arrival dates. The number of crews depends upon how many show interest by paying a deposit of $100 by the deposit deadline. The total cost of the trip should be in the neighborhood of $1100 per participant. Youth should be 14 years old by 2011. Crew size is from 7 minimum to 12 maximum and there must be more youth than adults with a maximum of 4 adults per crew. There will be two or three travel days on both ends of the times shown above. Everyone who is interested should let us know and start planning. |
